1. Who we are & what we provide
WebQuicky provides done-for-you websites for businesses on a subscription basis. Each plan bundles website design and build, hosting, a domain name and an SSL certificate, for one recurring price. Content (text and images) is provided by you, the client.
2. Subscriptions, billing & renewal
- Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance, in EUR, via our payment processor (Stripe).
- A one-off setup fee may apply to your first invoice, as shown at checkout.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each period until cancelled.
- Prices are exclusive of VAT; Cyprus VAT (19%) or the applicable EU rate is added at checkout. VAT-registered EU businesses may qualify for reverse charge by providing a valid VAT ID.
3. Your content & responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate content and for ensuring you have the rights to all materials you supply. You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes.
4. Delivery & revisions
Indicative delivery times and the number of revisions are stated per plan. Timelines begin once we receive your content.
5. Hosting & domain
Hosting and domain are provided as part of your active subscription. If your subscription ends, the website, hosting and domain services tied to it may be suspended (see our Refund & Cancellation Policy).
6. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Intellectual property
On full payment, you receive a licence to use the delivered website for your business. Underlying templates, frameworks and tools remain the property of WebQuicky or its licensors.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, WebQuicky is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding 3 months.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and disputes are subject to the courts of Cyprus.
