1. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel anytime via your customer portal link, by emailing [email protected], or via WhatsApp. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period; you will not be charged again after cancellation.
2. Monthly & annual fees
Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the current period, including partial periods. Annual plans are non-refundable for the remainder of the year once started, except where required by law.
3. Setup fee
The one-off setup fee covers initial build work and is non-refundable once work has begun.
4. Consumer right of withdrawal (EU)
Where you are a consumer, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Because our service begins promptly, by starting your build you request immediate performance and acknowledge you lose the right of withdrawal once the work has been fully performed. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
5. What happens after cancellation
When a subscription ends, the website, hosting and domain provided under it may be suspended or removed. Tell us in advance if you wish to migrate your domain.
6. Time Clock Pro plugin: 30-day money-back guarantee
Time Clock Pro, monthly or annual, comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first payment. If Pro is not right for you, email [email protected] from the address you bought with, within 30 days of the purchase date. You do not need to give a reason.
- We refund the full amount of your first payment, VAT included, to the card you paid with, normally within 5 business days of your email. Your bank may take a further 5 to 10 business days to show it.
- Your subscription is cancelled at the same time, so you are not charged again.
- Your Pro licence is switched off within 24 hours. The plugin keeps working as the free version and all your time records stay on your website.
- The guarantee covers the first payment and applies once per customer. Renewals are not refunded, but you can cancel before any renewal (section 1).
